MISSION IN AFRICAN CAMPUSES (MAC)

If You Don't Serve God Now that You are Young, When will You Serve Him?

Introduction

Mission researchers have said that there are more than 200,000 message bearers (missionaries) needed to finish the task of world evangelization. From history, almost all the people that God have used and is still using caught a glimpse of God’s purpose when they were on the campus. And majority of those that God will still call and use will come from the CAMPUS.

Amazing also is the fact that there are large numbers of intellectual minds on Campuses across Africa that could be impacted with life. But little or no effort is being made to reach these potential souls.

This understanding keeps us on our toes in aspiration and efforts through mobilization to sensitize the Campus Christian Students to GLOBAL MISSIONS in other to mobilize recruit and train many for this assignment. MAC has since been making efforts through short-term outreaches to reach campus intellectuals in unreached countries.

MAC is Mission in African Campuses. It is a department in THE KINGDOM PROJECTS. She focuses on (discipleship and Mobilization) across the continent.

Vision

To shine the light of Christ on the dark Campuses of Africa.
To make disciples for Jesus Christ among intellectuals in Campuses across Africa
To raise witnesses (and missionaries) from among campus intellectuals.

Mission

To mobilize, train and equip Christian professionals and students towards establishing Christ’s Kingdom on Africa Campuses.

Strategies

Circulation of Information
CNN – CAMPUS-CHRISTIAN NEWS NETWORK is a bi-annual publication that circulates and informs of the state of the harvest. This magazine stirs the heart for relevance in God’s Global program.
Mobilization through Seminars.
FCTW – FROM CAMPUS TO THE WORLD Seminar channels the zeal of young minds towards mission in Africa and beyond. Many Students have and are embracing Global Missions through this seminar.
Equipping Campus Leaders
CEMSS – CAMPUS EVANGELISM & MISSION SECRETARIES SUMMIT is a forum for networking with, training & Equipping Missions and Evangelism Secretaries of fellowships. It holds yearly at State, Regional and National levels.
Creating Opportunities for Global Impact,.
GIS – GLOBAL IMPACT SUMMIT is triennial intercontinental conference of youth and young-at-heart. Equipping for local impact that sums up to be a global one is the hallmark of this conference. Missionaries, senders & advocates are emerging through GIS.
You’re Opportune for Impact.
FM – FESTIVAL OF MERCY gives opportunity for short-term outreach experience to various campuses in Africa. A number of Campuses in unreached countries have been visited and such now has missionaries serving there.
Networking for Christ’s Kingdom
The greatest force that keeps mission on the move is prayer. TKPNETWORK is a team that gives mission and missionaries prayer back up. This operates in a number of campuses and meets for prayers once or twice a month.

If you are born again.
If you are thirsting for fulfillments in life and ministry.
If you desire to discover and fulfill God’s purpose for your life
If you believe the Bible and the Great Commission mandate. Mark 16:15; Matthew 28:19-20; Act 1:8
If you believe there is a ground higher than where you are now.
If you want to see divine possibilities in your life time.
If you look forward to the appearing of your Lord Jesus Christ and know He will not come until this missionary work is completed. Matthew 24:14.

How Can I Be Involved?

Your talent (whatever it is) is a good platform to stand on campuses that are situated in Countries like Niger, Senegal, Mali, Sudan, etc. where the Macedonian call is coming from. Your talent would be an instrument of livelihood and also of salvation of souls and making of disciples.
There are a number of small scales (lucrative) Businesses you can operate on these campuses just with the intention of making disciples for Jesus Christ.
You can join us for Short-term mission outreaches to some of these campuses.
Your postgraduate studies in some of these campuses will be good means of expanding Christ’ Kingdom.
Your Sabbatical leave is not left out. You can choose to spend it in one of these universities where the “Macedonian Call’ is coming from.
You research can be tailored into a tool for Christ’s Kingdom Expansion. If you fall into any of these categories come over to TKP for counseling, training, equipping and be send forth for cross-cultural ministry in Africa Campuses.
You can also be involved by giving financial and material resources. E.g. Buses etc.
